Our Story
Established in 1985, Givalas Real Estate is a family-run brokerage rooted in a legacy that began in 1955, when Danny Givalas started his Real Estate career as a salesperson at a local Brokerage on the Danforth.
His daughter, Victoria, joined the business in 1978, followed by his son, Nick, in 1982. In 1985, Nick became the youngest licensed Broker in Ontario, marking the official founding of Givalas Real Estate. The family tradition continues today, with Nick’s son, Mathew, joining the Brokerage in 2022.
